As implied by the name, MyTracki is a multi-purpose application, directed to business / governmental / non-profit organizations of various kind, all sharing the need to record in real time, on the field and in various modes and with various tools, primarily mobile devices, data about operational activities and processes.
Compared with other applications that have been or will be developed by Traceland, MyTracki aims to serve customers of many kinds whose apparently distinct requirements:
- Can be associated under common functional patterns;
- On the same time, are kept distinct by using industry or customer-specific terminology, reporting format detailed system behaviour.
In other words, according to the context,
MyTracki can be seen:
- As a finished service, ready to be used (when it is able to cover the vast majority of customer requirements after having been duly configured);
- Or as a first draft solution, immediately available for any potential customer who might want to test it as such and then evaluate, together with Traceland, the opportunity to convert it into a new, more specialized application capable to address the gaps found.
