OkiTracki is a solution for tracking & tracing of field operational events (primarily within transportation industry) and for (field force or) movable assets localization.

Its processing capabilities are built around two key data entities: 

• Shipments, to which users can associate planning or actual details relating :
• Operational events, properly classified and referred to time and space coordinates
• Components (i.e.: individually identifies and tracked loading units)
• Statuses
• Specific execution and/or tracking modes (i.e.: definition of the checks to be activated and notifications to be triggered)
• Links towards other IT components, whether belonging to the customer or to his partners, such as delivery plans, delivery notes, reception notes, packing lists, etc.
• trips that, similarly to shipments, allow to define and manage actual or planning details relating
• Geographical positions
• Durations
• Distances

Trips and shipments are deeply interconnected in order to allow a thorough planning and control by customers over their core business activities.
