OkiTracki is a service based on usage, by customers and their partners, of a software tool that permits to:

• Record at any time and in any place the key details about transportation and distribution process (or alternatively the key details of any kind of field activity) and trasmit them on a real-time basis to the central database hold by Traceland ,
• Detect and frequently transmit in a fully automated way the geographical position of the transport means or the field personnel,
• Interactively assist field / stockroom personnel and orient their activity (e.g.: a prompted reminder to the driver about the need to collect the empty containers while he records the delivery of a given shipment; an interactive check about correctness of the actual delivery address with respect to planned one),
• Receive, validate and store on a centralized database the mentioned data (including optical images of paper documents such as P.O.D.s) and make them immediately available to web inquiries.
