Traceland has made the choice to solely focus on the following strategic areas: R&D, software design, quality assurance and customer support and buy from third parties all other goods and services, inclusive of software development activities.  

This strategy has so far permitted and will keep on permitting to:

  • Keep our prices at the most competitive level by eliminating most of the common overheads
  • Avoid constraints associated with actual availability of internal resources and relevant skills and capacity, and thus keep the ability to quickly evolve and promptly address new requirements.

The project originates from a merge of business, process, and technical competency accumulated within dynamic and multinational contexts.  IT is its blood and skeleton, but not its soul:   All software design decisions are always primarily meant to pursue process improvement goals, not excluding a pioneering attitude towards creativity and exploration.

In the deployment of its services Traceland intends to adopt a flexible approach, and be sensitive towards specific business or contractual requirements of individual customers, under the awareness that customers can indeed be our best mentors.

Another important effect of this attitude is the emphasis that Traceland has chosen to assign to customer support, by choosing to associate to the delivery of highly effective solutions also an intensive and proactive monitoring and support activity.
